During the construction of the renovated aqua center in Den-Helder, Oostwouder was asked to build the diving tank (also known as Triton 12). The diving tank was designed for training purposes for (international) diving teams of submarines.
About the tank
The tank is made of Duplex (2205). The tank is made on location due to the location of the pool. This nine meter deep tank is equipped with windows, ventilation system, an internal and external platform, training equipment, a purification system and cleaning techniques.
